Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you close or cancel checkout before payment completes, no Full Reveal purchase is created. After successful payment confirmation, access is delivered digitally within the application and cannot be cancelled like an undelivered physical order.

Because Full Reveal is an immediately delivered digital product, refunds are generally not offered solely because someone dislikes their results or changes their mind after successful delivery.

Duplicate charges, erroneous charges, or a confirmed technical failure to deliver paid access may be reviewed for a refund. Mandatory consumer and legal rights remain unaffected.

Contact support through the Contact page and include the relevant Razorpay payment or order ID and a description of the issue. Do not send card, UPI, PIN, OTP, or banking credentials.

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment route where practical. Processing time depends partly on Razorpay, the payment network, and your bank, so we do not promise an exact banking timeline.
